You just need to drench the fried chicken wings with sauce and you get the most amazing snacks for any occasion in 10 minutes.
Ingredients For Chicken Buffalo Wings:

Procedure
For
Making
Chicken
Buffalo
Wings:
- Soak the chicken wings (with small slits near the joints) in vinegar and salt for 10 minutes before frying.
- Heat oil to at least 300 degrees in a frying pan. When it starts steaming, lower the flame and deep fry the chicken wings in it.
- This will take about 7-9 minutes while you cover and cook. Change sides often for even cooking.
- Meanwhile melt butter in a pan and saute the onions in it until it turns golden.
- Add the minced garlic and and green chillies; cook for another 3-4 minutes on low flame. If you want a smooth sauce then use blended garlic and onions.
- Now stir in the red chili pepper sauce into the frying spices and cook for 4-5 minutes on minimum flame.
- Shower some ground pepper and salt on it. You can add unsweetened cream to thicken the sauce.
- Soak the extra oil from the chicken wings on tissue papers and drench them with the hot sauce.
Your Buffalo style chicken wings are read to serve.
