Chicken Breast Recipe With Creamy Lime Sauce -
Ingredients :
1.4 1/4 inch chicken breast halves (skinless, boneless)
2.1 egg
3.1 cup bread crumbs
4.2 tsps olive oil
5.1/2 cup lime juice
6.6 tsps mozzarella cheese
7.1 tsp spring onions (chopped)
8.Herbs and spices of choice
9.Salt (if required)
Method:
1.Smear chicken breasts with egg beat and dip in bread crumbs. Place it on a rack, and allow it to dry for about 15 minutes.
2.Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium flame and fry the chicken breast for 5-10 minutes on both sides. After it is cooked, remove the fried chicken breasts from the pan and serve it hot in a platter.
3.For creamy lime sauce, drain out the extra grease from the pan and add 2 teaspoons of lime juice and wait until it boils. Then add mozzarella cheese and stir until the cheese melts. Season with herbs and spices of choice and salt if required. Add a teaspoon of sauce over the fried Chicken and serve hot.
