Chicken chilli bites is a spicy chicken recipe that you can munch on. It is perfect party snacks that can be served with drinks. This chicken appetizer is light and thus won't fill you up too much before dinner. Chicken chilli bites are also easy to eat because all you have to do is pick and pop it into your mouth. Ingredients For Chicken Chilli Bites:

1. Chicken cubes 10-15 (boneless and skin less)
2. Red chilli flakes 1 tablespoon
3. Pepper 1 teaspoon
4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
5. Mint leaves (chopped) 1 tablespoon
6. Parsley or coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
7. Egg white 1
8. Bread crumbs 1 cup
9. Oil 1 cup (for deep frying)
10. Salt as per taste

Procedure For Chicken Chilli Bites:

  • Soak the chicken pieces in boiling water for 10 minutes. You need to pour boiling water into a bowl, add the chicken pieces and cover it to cook in steam.
  • Meanwhile start chopping and grating the spices that will be used in this dish. Make a paste by whisking together all the spices with the ginger garlic paste.
  • Drain the chicken pieces and pat them dry. Marinate with salt and the paste you have just prepared and refrigerate for half hour.
  • Beat the white portion of egg with a little bit of chilli flakes and dip the chicken pieces in it.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan on high flame. Roll the chicken pieces in bread crumbs and drop them in the oil only after it is piping hot.
  • Fry them till the turn red on low flame (5-7 minutes).

Serve Chicken chilli bites hot with the sauce of your choice.
