The
ingredients
for
bbq
chicken
recipe
is.
- 1 kg of cut pieces of chicken ( tender )
- 3 tsp of Chopped ginger
- 3 finely cut green chillies
- 2 tsp of finely chopped garlic pods
- half tsp of red chilli masala
- 2 tsp of finely ground black pepper
- 4 tsp of soya sauce
- 4 tsp of teriyaki sauce ( a sweet soya sauce marinade, which is usually present in all japanese recipes)
- Salt to taste as much required
Directions for the bbq chicken recipe.
1.In a bowl, mix the chopped ginger and the garlic pods into a rough mixture. Add to it a little water and mix it well with the soya sauce and the triyaki sauce in the bowl.
2.Add to the contents the chicken pieces and see to it that the chicken is well marinated with the mixture.
3.Add to it the chilli masala, green chillies( according to your hotness preferred ) and the black pepper.
4.Let the chicken soak in the bowl with the mixture on it . It is best to keep the bowl of chicken in room temperature. For every three hours, mix the chicken well so that the masala sticks to the chicken to give it that rich taste.
5.After sometime, heat the grill or the oven and place your bbq chicken in it.
6.See to it that the chicken is well cooked. ( chicken has to look golden brownish red in color when cooked)
7.Press lemon over the chicken and garnish with curry leaves and finely chopped onions on the side.
The bbq chicken recipe is ready to eat. Mashed potatoes goes well with this chicken recipe along with brown bread.
