Barbecue Beef Cups

Ingredients:


2 c. Biscuit making mix
1/2 c. cold water

Method:

Mix baking mix and water together until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into 12 un greased muffin cups.
Press dough on bottom and up sides with floured hands.

Barbecue Beef Cups

Ingredients:

1 kg ground beef
1/2 cup chopped beef
1/2-cup barbecue sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed if desired
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Method:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare biscuit cups.
Cook and stir ground beef, onion, and garlic in a 10-inch pan over medium heat until beef is brown and drain.
Stir in barbecue sauce and heat through. Spoon beef mixture into cups.
Bake until crust is golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
