1. For Injecting:

Ingredients:
1/4 cup refined oil
1/4 cup water
3 tsps worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground bay leaf
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp ground sage
1 tsp black pepper powder

Turkey Injection Preparation:
Add all the ingredients to a hot pan and stir well. Fill the mixture into a syringe and pierce the juice all the around turkey.

2. For Marinade:
Ingredients:

1 cup refined cooking oil
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup creole seasoning
2 tsps tabasco

Marinade Preparation:
Combine all the above ingredients well and coat the injected turkey completely (more on the under skin of the bird's breasts) and refrigerate overnight.
