Eggs are a healthy and staple breakfast food for majority of people. Bread and omelette or scrambled egg are the common egg recipes which are easy to make for people who are in a haste. Well, omelettes are tasty but not filling. If you want to have some tasty egg snacks, you can make stuffed eggs with several ingredients. Egg snacks recipe such as stuffed eggs are delicious, filling and appealing to the eyes too. Here is the easy to make non vegetarian snacks, stuffed eggs.

Stuffed eggs- filling non vegetarian snacks recipe:

Ingredients

4-5 hard boiled eggs
2 small minced or chopped onions
' cup mayonnaise
2-5 green chillies
¼ tsp curry powder
salt
1 tsp black pepper
small black olives for garnishing

Direction to make stuffed egg recipe:

1. Gently cut the egg into two halves lengthwise. With the help of a spoon, take out the yolk of the eggs in a bowl.

2. Mash the egg yolks to make a smooth mixture. Now and add onions, green chillies, mayonnaise, curry powder and salt to make the stuffing.

3. Stuff the mixture in the egg white with a spoon and sprinkle black pepper over the stuffing. Garnish with olives.

Stuffed eggs is ready to eat. Enjoy this snack recipe with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
