Ingredients:
1. Chicken (either boiled or leftover)
2. Carrots 2 (chopped into blocks)
3. Potato 1 (chopped into blocks)
4. Peas 100 grams (peeled)
5. Mushrooms 4 (chopped )
6. Yogurt 250 grams
7. Olive oil 2 teaspoons
8. Honey 2 teaspoons
9. Salt to taste
10. Salad dressing as per taste

Procedure For Russian Salad Recipe:

  • Boil the chopped carrots, potatoes and mushrooms in salted water for about 5 minutes.
  • After that pour in the peas and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Strain the water and keep the vegetables aside.
  • Take yoghurt in a mixing bowl, add the honey and olive oil.
  • Beat this mixture well for at least 3 minutes until it gains a creamy consistency.
  • Place the chicken and vegetables on the serving plate and pour the beaten mixture over it.
  • Spread it evenly; add salad dressing and salt as per taste.
  • You can also sprinkle freshly ground pepper if you wish to.
