Easter Leftovers Casserole Recipe - Easter Recipe for Easter Sunday

Ingredients:

1. 12 baby potatoes (peeled, cubed and boiled)
2. 1 cup milk
3. 2 cups cooked ham stock
4. 1 white onion, minced
5. 1 fresh cream (thick layer of cream that collects on top of boiled milk)
6. 1 cup of fresh mushroom (chopped)
7. 6 tsps butter
8. 1 egg (boiled, chopped)
9. 1 teaspoon dried parsley
10. 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Easter Recipe Directions:

1. Mash the boiled potatoes and soak them in melted butter and milk.
2. Preheat oven to 350-375 degrees F
3. In a mixing bowl, add all the above ingredients including the mashed potatoes mixture, ham, onion, mushrooms, butter, egg and parsley in a mixing bowl.
4. Transfer all the contents into to the greased casserole dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. Sprinkle cheese and bake until the cheese melts. Tasty easter recipe ready to savor.
