Lakme Fashion Week 2015: Deepika Govind Takes Us To Kutch
Designer Deepika Govind will take you to Kutch this summer resort season at the Jabong Lakme Fashion Week 2015. The designer has in line a lot of colours and patterns which will only drive you insane if you are a fashionista in the mood for something out if this world.
On the ramp of day 2, we have so far seen a lot of handloom fabrics. The texture and the minute work put into each one of the fabrics seen on the ramp is indeed fabulous. Moreover, the combination of detailing and the embellishments used for each of the outfits gave us the goosebumps.

Day 2 at LFW 2015 was simple until when Gaurang Shah showcased his very bright dazzling designs featuring Vidya Balan as the showstopper.
However, things suddenly took a turn with designer Deepika Govind and her uncanny love for the yogic way of life. Deepika takes you to the Rann of Kutch where in each of her ensembles you see a modern day interpretation of the land, through the eyes of fashionable yogi memoirs who love the natural colour blue.

Deepika Govind's ensembles on the ramp of day 2 at LFW 2015 summer resort has many outfits which contain intricate thread work and warm colours which is the prominent features one looks forward too when their mind turns yogic.

Each of the models on the ramp resemble women of Kutch. The bright colours evoke the essence of desert flowers, dresses with strong embellishments handcrafted tribal ornaments and the use of kala cotton, a common fabric used in the Kutch wilderness.
The main highlight of her Kutch collection is the random shades of hues. On the ramp of LFW 2015 day 2, Deepika Govind had a wide spread of Rudraksh brown, burgundy, mustard, dessert browns, organic colours like blue and green and much more.
