LFW 2014: Showstopper Neha Dhupia In An Asian Ensemble

Neha Dhupia walked the ramp on day 3 of the Lakme Fashion Week 2014. LFW 2014 Winter Festive, which has grabbed a lot of attention, has seen quite a number of Bollywood celebrities walk the ramp. Neha Dhupia, the sensational diva, set the ramp ablaze for designer Swati Vijaivargie at LFW 2014.

Neha Dhupia, who believes in styling herself, looked fascinating in a colourful ensemble for the designer. Walking the ramp at LFW 2014 on day 3, this Bollywood beauty looked very comfortable and was in all smiles.

The ensemble she wore was bright and filled with various patterns. Ankle length vertical pants, rangoli patterned blue top and a golden zardosi pattern skirt was richly designed on the outfit. She completed her look with a stunning navy blue printed silk scarf around her neck. Beige open high heels and a messy bun hairstyle with braids gave her a better look on the ramp for designer Swati Vijaivargie at LFW 2014.

Designer Swati Vijaivargie's style for LFW 2014 was inspired by the traditional clothing of Hmong women and paid homage to the culture of Vietnam. The motifs, colours, textures and details are beautifully derived from the Vietnamese tradition.

If you take a close look, you will see a magnificent element in the inspirations which are perfectly drawn from their textiles and patterns. Each of the fabrics used by designer Swati Vijaivargie for LFW 2014 are handmade, hand textured and tie-dyed. The concept behind these three fabrics was to strongly bring forth the originality of the Southeast Asian country.
