LFW 2014: Masaba Gupta's Flower Power Collection
The wait is finally over! Lakme Fashion Week 2014 has started with a bang. Day 1 of this prestigious event has seen ace designer, Masaba Gupta taking center stage with her marvelous designs. The designer is one who never fails to impress us with her remarkable collection. This year at the Lakme Fashion Week (LFW) 2014 , Masaba Gupta has presented to us more than you can imagine. Each of her styles and prints are so pleasing to the eyes, which will make you scared to blink.
The LFW 2014 is going to not only be exciting, but adventurous too. Masaba Gupta who commenced day 1 has brought to life a vivid array of prints on fabrics like silk, satin and cotton. Each of her designs are so spectacular that it makes you think which actress from Bollywood or Hollywood will get to dress up in them.
MASABA'S SEDUCTIVE SHOWSTOPPER
This LFW 2014 Winter festive collection you will see a lot of new and intensive bright and bold prints, vibrant colours and not to forget designs which will take you to the moon and back. Masaba Gupta presents to you a whole range of nude, white, blue and gold. These four colours on these Western and traditional outfits are unimaginable.
Looking closely on the ramp of Lakme Fashion Week 2014, Masaba Gupta gave us a surprise of big floral prints matched with golden accessories. Deep plunging necklines and waist cut patterns were of much hype. Concentric patterns were in many in her collection which were weren't surprising! All in all, her collection at LFW 2014 were just 'OH MY GOD'!
Concentric Circles
The long dress on the model has been designed only for sleek women. The boat neck adds a special touch to the entire outfit.
White Waist Cuts
The wide waist cuts on this dress is mermerising. The border of the dress has a stunning combination of floral prints and a gold touch.
In The Nude
The nude dress is a delight to the eyes. What we love most about the long dress is the way the colours at the bottom is submerged into one.
Time For Florals
The thigh high slit of the dress is a perfect wear for someone who has toned legs. On the ramp of day 1 showcased by Masaba Gupta, she stuck to only one particular kind of print.
Peplum Flared Tops
To hide your curves and much more, peplum is the answer to your problem. This peplum floral top is cute and very trendy.
A Combination Of Gold
The combination of gold is something which will add glamour to your look. The golden skirt and the plunging neckline floral top was a wild imagination.

Seems like more of a beach wear to us. This crop floral top is matched perfectly with a white long gown.
Elegant Style
Boldsky fell in love with the gold bright border on this loose fitting top. The wrap around skirt was another highlight of the outfit.
Focus On The Bodice
There was a lot of focus on the bodice of the dresses. This short dress on the model saw an uncanny piece of work.

Modern Saree Style
The saree style has been taken to a lot of new levels. Masaba Gupta gave us a different appearance on the ramp at the LFW 2014.
Off Shoulder Top
The off shoulder top is beautiful. What we loved better is the white bell bottom pants on the model.
Floral Print Saree
The floral print saree which Masaba Gupta showcased on the ramp was amazing. The heavy printed bottom has a wide range of orange flowers mixed with a yellow base. The choli though was not that pleasing.
Low Waisted Skirts
The low waisted skirts are in fashion and the floral bosom top worn with the skirt just adds a lot of oomph.
Masaba's Dhoti Style
Traditional was the key to her designs which were seen on the ramp at LFW 2014. The dhoti had a bright golden border matched with grey floral prints and a collared neck.
The Black Beauty
The black saree is perfectly raised with a gold border and grey floral choli. Traditional patterned earrings were used to give this style a better look.
Hype About The Nude Shade
The nude colour was in her theme for the LFW 2014. Red bright roses on the sides of her gown was kind of disturbing though!
Flower Power
Masaba Gupta's collection was truly a flower power one. There was a lot of colour and base shades used to bring out her style.
