Kareena Kapoor Wears A Suit At House Of Commons

Kareena Kapoor seems to be having a good time these days. The actress has been recently honoured at the British House of Commons by an Asian ethnic weekly for her contribution to the global entertainment industry.

Leading NRI MP Rt Hon Keith Vaz, Chairman of Britain's Home Affairs Committee has honoured the Indian actress for her contribution in the film industry. He presented a framed golden coloured plaque to the 33-year old actress.

Kareena Kapoor decided to wear an ethnic Indian ensemble at the international platform. The actress looked breathtaking in an anarkali suit. The Indian outfit supposedly seems to be from her favourite designer, Manish Malhotra's couture.

Kareena Kapoor Wears A Suit At House Of Commons

Kareena Kapoor attended the House of Commons wearing a grey coloured anarkali. The suit had golden sequin work on it and had a heavy golden sequin work on the bottom. The plain grey coloured sleeveless anarkali only had golden work on the bottom of the frilly suit. She wore this grey coloured suit with a heavily embellished dupatta. The dupatta was sheer and had heavy golden sequin work all over it. The borders were extremely heavy with stone work which made the anarkali look all the more bright and stylish. She wore the anarkali with silver coloured high heels.

Kareena Kapoor completed the look with a messy swept back low hair bun and golden dangling jhumkas. She opted for her trademark red nails which looked bright and bold with the grey coloured suit. Kareena Kapoor's black rimmed eyes and glossy lips looked perfect as always.

Others honoured by the Asian Sunday Newspaper are singer Kimberley Walsh and magician Dynamo (Aka Steven Frayne) for their contributions to the global entertainment industry.

We think that Kareena Kapoor was looking breathtaking at the British House of Commons. She picked up an English coloured ensemble which was traditional and looked perfect for the special occasion. All in all, Kareena Kapoor Khan looked like a Begum at the British House of Commons.
