This week was really fashionable and trendy at the international level. With the Cannes 2013 and Billboard Music Awards lined up, the week was busy but celebrities were not! Celebs dressed their best throughout the week and looked pretty in dazzling designer outfits. Be it from Cannes 2013 or some other small events. There are many best dressed celebrities this week.
