Drool-Worthy Red Bridal Lehengas
Have you ever thought which is the best colour for a bridal lehenga? Well, we can argue at lengths about this topic and still reach no conclusion. But if we are to make an informed guess, then red is the bridal colour for the majority of Indian weddings. Call it traditional or common, the truth is that nothing works like red when it comes to bridal lehengas.
There is a lot of cultural significance of red as a bridal colour. Red is the colour of 'suhagans' or a married woman in Indian culture. Married women are expected to wear red on most of the religious ceremonies. Apart from that, red is also the universal colour of 'love'. So girls, if you can go shopping for red dresses specially for Valentine's Day, then your bridal lehenga should certainly be red.
If you still do not think that the best bridal colour is red, then you can take cue from our celebrities. Most of the Bollywood A-listers have worn red on their wedding day.
