Mila went topless for the cover photo of US version of Esquire magazine. The raunchy topless cover picture has made her coveted with the Sexiest Woman Alive title.

The Sexiest Picture Title was given by The Sun after the cover picture of the magazine became famous. Mila received 20 percent of the 38,670 votes (in online survey) and defeated hot bombshells like Kim Kardashian, Pamela Anderson and Tulisa Contostavlos to covet the Sexiest Woman Alive Title. She defeated last time Sexiest Woman Alive title winner, pop star Rihanna.

In the cover photo of Esquire magazine, Mila posed topless. She just wore a pair of faux leather pants. Black eye makeup highlighted her big eyes and black nails complimented the sexy avatar of the actress. Jodie Marsh (the girl-turned body builder) came second followed by Kelly Brook, Rihanna and Coco Austin.
