After Freida Pinto's gorgeous Red Carpet look at the 65th Cannes Film Festival, Mallika Sherawat turned the heads around. This Bollywood bomb shell grabbed the attention of the media. The Cannes Film Festival started from 16th May'12. Apart from Hollywood celebs, Bollywood beauties such as Aishwarya Rai, Sonam Kapoor, Freida Pinto and Mallika Sherawat are attending this cultural festival from the past few years.

What did Mallika Sherawat wear at 65th Cannes Festival?

At Cannes, the star wore a Victoria Beckham dress. The knee length body hugging dress looked perfect on the celebrity. The cowl neck with a small pendant added a charm to the elegant get up. Mallika Sherawat set a messy hairdo and a golden watch gelled with the brown coloured dress. To complete the sophisticated look, she opted for minimal makeup and small hangings. Mallika Sherawat is known in the Bollywood industry for her bold roles and looks. Even at Cannes, her appearances in bold and revealing dresses were critically acclaimed by designers. However, the subtle look in Victoria Beckham's dress, Mallika Sherawat just rolled over the eyes of the paparazzi.

At the Cannes premiere of Madagascar 3, Mallika Sherawat tried a completely different look. After the elegant clown neck dress, the Bollywood celebrity showed off her back in a nude coloured gown. The plunging backless gown was a little high from the front and ultra deep from the back. The dress was held together by a thin waist belt. To carry this bold look, Mallika feathered the 70's style. The winged out eyeliner, bouffant hairdo and a pair of classic diamond earrings added to this look. Mallika's backless gown has been designed by Paris based designer Ali Madhavi. Mallika tweeted her pictures at her twitter account and also added that the nude coloured deep backless gown was stretched perfectly for her figure.

This is Mallika Sherawat's 4th appearance at the Cannes Film Festival. After the star's first appearance at the 65th film festival, people were shocked to see a different look of the celebrity. However, the bold and beautiful actor came in form in a deep backless gown. When compared to her last two appearances (2010-11) at the event, these two dresses that she wore in Cannes 2012 have been highly appreciated.
