Best Home Remedies For Glowing Skin: Scientifically-Proven And Effective!
Sometimes it can be hard to get the skin that you want.
Radiant, glowing skin is an outward sign of health. Healthy skin looks good instead of being dry, dull, or unevenly textured. A natural sheen or glow can be seen in some people with healthy skin.

It is possible for most people to maintain healthy skin.
Healthy skin is not synonymous with perfect skin. Perfect skin is not attainable. Healthy skin can have visible pores, fine lines and wrinkles, birthmarks, and occasional blemishes.
Home Remedies For Glowing Skin
1. Aloe vera
Using aloe vera daily after washing your face may give your skin that healthy glow as it has healing properties and promotes the growth of new cells. Aloe vera is soothing, moisturises, and soothes without clogging pores [1].
How to: Occasionally, people may be allergic to aloe vera. Test it first by rubbing a small amount on your forearm. If it does not cause any reaction within 24 hours, it should be safe to use.

2. Virgin coconut oil
Despite its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, coconut oil may not work for everyone's skin type. Do not use it if you have a coconut allergy [2].
How to: Put a small amount of coconut oil on your face and allow it to soak in for a few minutes before rinsing it off with your normal cleanser.
3. Turmeric
Turmeric is known for its anti-bacterial properties and it gives your skin that wonderful glow. Turmeric contains curcumin, an anti-inflammatory compound that reduces puffiness. As well as enhancing your skin's glow, turmeric rejuvenates it and keeps it supple [3].
How to: Mix about half a teaspoon of turmeric powder with a cup of gram flour. Add enough milk and water and mix thoroughly to form a smooth paste. Add a few drops of rose water and mix well again. Apply to your face and neck and allow to dry for about 15 minutes before rinsing.
4. Banana
Our skin benefits from bananas because they contain potassium, vitamins A, and B, which hydrate and moisturise our skin. They also contain powerful anti-ageing properties that help prevent fine lines and wrinkles [4].
How to: Make a banana mask by mashing the banana, applying it to your face, and leaving it for 15 to 20 minutes. Then wash your face with lukewarm water. You may also make a face mask using ripe bananas, honey, and lemon juice.

5. Saffron
As a natural lightener and glower, saffron is excellent for our skin. It is effective in treating acne, blemishes, and blackheads. It makes the skin smooth and reduces the appearance of dark circles [5].
How to: Apply a few strands of saffron to water for about five minutes and then add milk, honey, or turmeric for various types of face masks. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, then wash with cold water and pat dry.
