As the name suggests, combination skin type is a blend of oily and dry skin. It means that women with this particular type of skin have a mix of both, dry and oily skin on their faces. In fact, in most cases, the T-zone on the face has oily skin while other parts have dry skin.
Women with combination skin type are more susceptible to skin issues than women who only have dry or oily skin. It is not uncommon for women with this skin type to suffer from unsightly issues such as acne, dryness, blemishes, clogged pores, etc. Hence, the need to pay extra attention on the kind of things you apply to your skin.
And when it comes to taking good care of skin, nothing can possibly beat the effectiveness of natural ingredients. However, it is imperative to be extra careful with the natural ingredients you use on combination skin, as certain ingredients may increase the dryness or make the skin oilier.

Luckily, there are certain combinations of ingredients that can do wonders on this type of skin. In this article, we have compiled a list of DIY face masks that are suitable for combination skin type.

1. Clay And Milk Face Mask
Both, clay and milk, combined together are considered to be superb for combination skin. Mix both, clay and raw milk, in equal quantities. Gently smear a thin coat of this DIY face mask on your skin and allow it to dry for the next 10 minutes, before rinsing it off with tepid water.

2. Avocado And Coconut Oil Face Mask
Mix one spoon of coconut oil with mashed avocado and gently massage the mix onto your face. Rinse off with tepid water after 20 minutes. Try applying this face mask twice a month, for keeping your combination skin healthy and pretty.

3. Seaweed, Honey And Apricot Oil Face Mask
Take 1 teaspoon of dry seaweed and mix it with 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 drops of apricot oil. Gently massage this mask onto your face and neck. Wash off with cold water. Apply this face mask once a month for warding off unsightly skin conditions.

4. Oatmeal, Almond Powder And Rose Water Face Mask
Blend a handful of almonds and use the powder to mix with oatmeal and rose water. Gently apply the mask on your face and leave it on for 10 minutes. Weekly application should keep your skin soft and supple.

5. Cucumber Juice, Milk Powder And Yogurt Face Mask
Take 1 tablespoon of cucumber juice and mix it with 1 teaspoon of each, milk powder and yogurt. Then gently apply the mask all over your face. This incredible combination of ingredients will help moisturize your skin and also remove the deep-embedded dirt from your skin that tends to clog up the skin pores.

6. Banana, Egg White And Honey Face Mask

7. Papaya Pulp, Honey And Glycerin Face Mask
Combine 1 spoon of papaya pulp with 2 drops of glycerin and 1 spoon of honey. Massage the mix onto your face and keep it on for 15 minutes. Rinse it thoroughly with cold water. Use this face mask once a week for a perfect complexion and clean skin.
