1. People With Healthy Skin Have A Healthy Diet:

They know taking care of the skin from the outside is not enough. You have to take care of your skin from the inside too. Avoid carbonated drinks and processed foods, as the high sodium concentration and sugar in those items can hamper your skin's glow. Have fruits, vegetables, fish, poultry products, whole grains, etc., which contain enough omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.
2. Have Good Sleep:

Ask your friend and she will tell you about the open secret and that is of a sound beauty sleep. Yes, having at least 6-8 hours of sleep is necessary to have glowing skin, without any dark circles and untimely wrinkles. If you don't get enough time for that, take 20 minutes of power nap every afternoon in between your work.
3. Keeping Yourself Hydrated Is Very Important:

Another most important suggestion that every person with glowing skin will give you is this one. Water removes toxins from your body and keeps your system well. Thus, to keep your skin healthy and flawless, you need to have at least 6-7 glasses of water regularly. In between, you can also have green tea, fruit smoothies, etc.
4. Make Sunscreen Your Best Friend:

Now, you need products to protect your skin from the outside hazards too. You must have seen celebrities always suggest getting out into the sun after layering your body with enough sunscreen. Use sunscreen with SPF 20 or more to protect your skin from the UV rays.
5. Wash Your Skin With Cold Water:

Maintaining hygiene is fundamental for having a flawless-looking skin. You should clean your face twice a day and moisturise it well. But, excessive washing can damage your skin, as it can remove the natural oil that is needed for nourishment. Always wash your face with cold water after cleansing, as it will close the pores and prevent any intrusion.
6. Exfoliation Is Necessary:

Dead skin cells cause dullness and dryness of your skin. So, you need to exfoliate your skin at least thrice a week. If you want to use homemade products, then go for lemon juice and sugar, as it not only removes dead skin but also provides radiance to your skin by treating blemishes effectively.
7. Cut Off The Stress:

The more you remain stressed out, the more stress hormone, Cortisol, will surge up. It breaks down the collagen and elastin of your skin and you therefore end up getting crow's feet, wrinkles and an overall dullness. So relax, meditate, do anything that helps to beat that stress.
