Home-made Hydrating Face Masks For Winter
The skin on our face suffers the most during a winter season. The skin gets dry and wrinkles start to appear on it. The signs of ageing may appear quickly on your faces, as the winters cold may take the moisture away from your face.
Since there is no moisture in the air, the water content of your face can be lost to the atmosphere, hence making the skin dry. The natural oils secreted on the skin are not enough to protect your skin from the ill effects of the cold weather.
The problem is more for the people having dry skin. They may get rashes and chapped skin during a winter season. Now, there is no need to worry, as there are some amazing face masks that can protect your skin from ageing and becoming dry during winters
These face masks will keep your skin looking younger, more radiant and fresh. These face masks are easy to make at home and you will get a glowing skin in just a couple of weeks after applying them.

Antioxidant Mask
This face mask brightens your skin and removes all signs of ageing from the face. Blend 1/2 a ripe papaya and add to it 1/4th teaspoon of lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon of honey. Apply this mask on the face and keep it on for about 10-15 minutes.

Avocado And Honey Mask
Mash half of the avocado to make a creamy paste. Then add to it 2 tablespoons of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil. Mix all the ingredients well and apply this on to your face with gentle massaging. Keep it on your face for 10 minutes and then wash off.

Oatmeal And Curd Mask
This mask has a soothing effect on your skin and helps to heal acne. Mix together 2 tablespoons of plain curd, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/3rd cup of instant oatmeal and 1/2 cup of hot water. Apply it on your face and keep it on for 10 minutes. Wash it off with warm water.

Strawberry And Lemon Mask
Mash 1/4th cup of strawberries, mix with it 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Apply the face mask on your face with gentle massaging. Leave it on your face for 10 minutes and later wash off with warm water.

Apple Cider Vinegar And Green Tea Mask
Mix together 3 tablespoons of green tea with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of oatmeal. Apply it on to your face and let it remain for 15 minutes. Later wash off with cold water.

Cucumber And Full-Fat Curd Face Mask
Make a paste using 1/2 peeled cucumber in a grinder. Add to it 1 tablespoon of full-fat yogurt. Apply this mixture on the face and leave it on for about 10-15 minutes. Wash off with warm water.

Milk Cream And Honey
If you have a dry and rough face during winters, this face mask will prove to be a life saviour for your skin. Mix together 1 tablespoon of milk cream and 1 tablespoon of pure honey. Apply it on to your face and keep it on for 10 minutes. Later wash off with warm water.
