Recipe To Prepare The Mask

Ingredients Required: Chickpea flour (besan), haldi (turmeric), rose water and milk (optional)
Chickpea flour or besan is a common kitchen ingredient, which is also used in many beauty recipes. Besan is known to be an excellent exfoliating agent that removes the dead cell layer from your skin, thereby making it smooth and glowing. It can also remove unwanted hair from the skin with regular use.
Haldi is also another kitchen ingredient that has the ability to naturally reduce the growth of unwanted body hair. In addition, it can also lighten your skin and help you get rid of the blemishes and acne.
Adding rose water or milk to the mixture of chickpea flour and turmeric can give the mask the ability to nourish and soften your skin.

Procedure To Prepare The Mask:

Add
2
tablespoons
of
besan
powder
and
1
tablespoon
of
turmeric
in
a
bowl.

Add
a
few
drops
of
rose
water
to
these
ingredients.

You
can
also
add
some
milk
to
the
mixture
if
you
desire.

Mix
all
the
ingredients
well
to
form
a
thick
paste.
-
Apply
the
paste
on
to
the
desired
area
of
your
skin.
-
Apply
thick,
even
coats.
-
Leave
it
on
for
20
minutes.
-
Rinse
the
skin
well
with
lukewarm
water.
-
Repeat
the
process
regularly
for
best
results.
