If you have stored the toner in a spray bottle, just spray the toner on your skin. Rinsing is not needed. Store this basic green tea toner in the refrigerator for three days.
The Recipe Of Green Tea Toner Using Baking Soda
Following are some easy steps to prepare green tea toner with baking soda:

1. Take about 30 ml of loose leaves of green tea and add it to a cup of hot water. You can also take one green tea bag instead. Thereafter add about 30 ml honey and lemon juice (of one lemon) to the green tea soaked water. Lemon brightens the skin and honey has anti-ageing properties.
2. To the above mixture add about 15 ml witch hazel plus some drops of tea tree oil and Vitamin E. Tea tree oil helps in treating acne naturally. Vitamin E cures the sun-damaged skin and the witch hazel helps in cleansing the skin. You can get all these items in a medicine store or in a health food store.

3. Take baking soda (about 15 ml) and dissolve it in the above liquid mix. Initially the baking soda will create some froth but if you stir the liquid continuously it will be mixed properly.
The main purpose of using baking soda in preparing green tea toner is because it helps to soothe your skin from cuts or burns. It also acts like an exfoliator.
Moreover, witch hazel and baking soda make this toner more long-lasting as compared to the basic green tea toner. Store this toner in the refrigerator for about two weeks. Thereafter, decant it into a sealed bottle or a spray bottle.
Apply this toner on your neck and face twice a day to heal your sun-damaged skin and also to cleanse the pores of your facial skin. Apply it either by spraying or with a cotton ball. Rinsing is not required.
