Vegetable Peels For Skin Care - Tips

The outer skin of vegetables contain as many nutrients as the vegetables (sometimes even more) so why waste it? use it as natural skin care products. 1. Grind the pumpkin seeds, rice chaff (husks of the grain) and mix it with fresh cream. This becomes a good scrub and helps in removing the dead cells on skin.
2. For dark circles, massaging with potato skins and cucumber peels will help. Potato peels can also be used to massage on pigments and acne as it cure the pigmentation on skin.
3. Carrot and betroot peels can give a natural color to your lips and cheeks. Simply rub it on the lips and cheeks, wash it after the color dries.
4. Massaging skin with seeds of tomato can cleanse your face giving it a fresh glow.
5. The kernel of the maize can be used like a natural brush to clean the feet and under arms. This can remove the dirt as well as moisturize wiith the milk.
6. There are many vegetable peel face packs available in popular cosmetic stores. The pack can be mixed with rose water for good result. Even vegetable peel face masks are available for skin care.
