Facial toning exercises could give you youthful skin. Facial muscle exercises can get rid of your stubborn double chin. Sometimes washing our faces before we go to bed is also too much of an effort and here we are talking about facial exercises!

Through out the day, most of us are sitting in front of screens and maintaining straight face. 1.Double Chin: There is a very simple facial exercise to demolish that awful double chin and give you a slimmer looking face. Sit with a straight back and look ahead. Now without moving your lips push out you lower jaw. Do this 5 times and stop for a break. You have do this facial toning exercise 5 times in sets of five.
2.For Sumptuous Kissable Lips: Facial muscle exercises include your lips. If you want a smile that will capture hurts practice this easy exercise one every day. Sit straight and curl your lips into a kiss. While pulling back the puckered kiss, pull it totally back into your mouth until it touches your teeth. You have continue this five times.
3.Facial Exercises for Cheeks: Your cheeks are a part of your face that require maximum exercise because they tend to pile on fats. If you have noticed, your cheeks bloat first when you put on weight. For this best facial exercise sit with your back straight and push your cheek muscles towards your eyes. Hold this position while counting till ten in your mind and then relax. Do this in 5 sets every day.
4.For Twinkling Bright Eyes: Facial exercises can help you sharp eyes and get rid of those tired wrinkles around your eyes. For the best facial exercises of the eyes use a mirror. Try to close your eyes slowly with your eyebrows stretched upwards. Close you your eyelid to about half. Now open your eyes widely so that the whites of your eyes can be seen prominently around the eyeballs. Do this 5 times at a stretch and so 5 sets in a day.
Facial muscle exercises can be easily slipped into the schedule of your busy day and the little efforts you take will reap great benefits. Within a fortnight you notice the glow it has brought to your face.
