What has vitamin E got to do with the skin? Vitamin E is an anti-oxidant and helps in minimizing cross-linking damage. Cross-linking is an oxidation process that causes degeneration to the supportive tissues and thus hastens premature ageing of the skin. Vitamin E also promotes the healthy regeneration of new skin cells.

The vitamin E enriched creams available in the market are very expensive. Go to any medical store and buy vitamin E capsules. Prick the capsule, add it to your moisturizer and massage it over your face.

Exfoliating is very important for the skin. Here are some easy and inexpensive ways of creating exfoliates. Add coarse sugar to a few drops of olive oil and rub it gently on your face and then rinse off with lukewarm water. You could also use simple salt. Rub salt gently on your face and body and see how your skin shines in radiance.
