To Be Or Not To Be: Man's Ultimate Confusion

Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them?
(Hamlet: William Shakespeare)
This
famous
Shakespearean
dilemma
has
becoming
the
face
of
the
modern
men.
Shakespeare"s
Hamlet
was
confused
between
the
fear
of
the
uncertainty
of
death
and
of
possible
damnation
of
suicide.
Hamlet's
dilemma
is
that
although
he
is
dissatisfied
with
life
and
lists
its
many
torments,
he
is
unsure
what
death
may
bring.
Now,
let
us
see
what
pertains
the
minds
of
modern
men.
Today"s
men
set
their
dreams
in
the
sky
with
the
philosophy
that
“Aim
at
the
sky
and
you
can
achieve
at
least
the
grass." However
most
of
them
come
to
a
bursting
moment
as
they
stand
on
the
grass
and
fail
to
touch
the
sky.
Dissatisfaction
embraces
them
and
they
are
confused
about
the
worthiness
of
their
lives.
“Suicide-life"s bitter expressions" often embraces the modern men who struggle to upkeep their status and image in the society. This bitter feeling of suicide often arises from the feeling of failure that many men admit. As they put their complete caliber and effort to succeed in life, there are some champions who outpass them. This can happen in career, relationships, finance and even in spirituality.
Many men in the present times hesitate to take a stand for their cause. They are suppressed by their circumstances and fear that if they voice out their dilemmas, they will be declared as the untouched in the society. They often suppress their dilemmas and wonder for a simple way out in life.
Now, what is the way out of this depressing situation? First of all consider that the “slings and arrows of outrageous fortune" are nothing supernatural but; came out from your own hands. Unlike other living beings on the planet, human beings have a tremendous power to think or concentrate on their issues. In that case divert your attention to find out a way out of this dilemma.
Many men tend to compare them with the most successful personalities in the world like Bill Gates, George Bush, Brad Pitt etc. Why should you do that? Consider the other side of your thoughts that you may be happy in many ways that your heroes aren"t. If you think in that way many of your problems will vanish to the horizon.
Come On, you are still confused about “To be or not to be." Let us change it in this aspect to “Should I take the action or not?" Whatever be your decision make sure that it is positive for a fulfilling life. You must be seeing a new hope rising in your life at this moment. Let the classical dilemma not capture you at this moment.
