Eye speak emotions before your mouth tells it. It is also the first feature which one notices in your face, thus, eye makeup is one of the most important aspect of makeover. With time makeup has grown up in style and fashion. There are different eye makeup for different eye shapes.

Eye Makeup For Different Eye Shapes -

1.Small Eyes - Small eyes need more highlight to make them look bigger, thus, the strokes should always be towards the outer eye corner. Apply kajal beginning from the inner eye corner outwards and give an angle edge, draw the eye liner sticking to the upper eye line, towards the end draw the line a bit upwards. Apply eye shadow beginning from the outer edge towards the inner eyes and cover the whole eye lid till the crease. It's best to use soft shades, the darker shades should be used towards the outer eyes and blended well. Draw a line along the lower eye lid only in the corner. This will make your eye look bigger.

2.Deep Set Eyes – The purpose of makeup for this eye is to make it look less deep. For this, it is best to use lighter shades, this will make your eyes look bigger visually. Use eye shadow from the inner corner outwards and a bit further. For deep set eye, one needs to reduce the eye shadow as moving outwards. The colour should be the lightest in the middle of the eyes, slightly deep shade can be used around the eye socket and blended towards the eye brow line. Eye makeup for this shape has the same kajal rules as for the small eye makeup.

3.Almond Shape Eyes – Smoky makeup is best for this eyes. The aim is to make the eye look a bit deep. With almond shape eyes, one can use dark colours. Use neutral colour eye shadow as the base and draw the eye liner from the corner of the eyes upwards. The line starts thin but as your progress outwards, make it slightly thick. Use a black or a darker shade for eye shadow and blend it well along the eye brow line. Draw a complete line along the lower eye lashes.

4.Big Eyes – Big eye shape makeup needs to aim at enhancing the shape or making it more prominent, thus, it's best to not try and make it look even bigger. Your makeup though can be used to add depth to your eyes. Big eye makeup too can use matte or darker shades. The colour needs to get along the shape of the eyes without much of enhancing. Use eyeliner on the external side of the eyes and also on the lower eye lid. The eye shadow should also be used t form a soft line on the lower eye lid. The use of mascara is a must to make the eye look deep and soft. Use of brown mascara is recommended.
