DIY Sulphur Serum To Reduce Hair Fall
Do you open your eyes every morning to find hair strands coating your bed sheets and pillows? Does the amount of hair on your comb make your heart drop a little, everyday? Do you suffer from split ends, thin hair, and not to mention, the dreaded brittle hair? Join the club. You are not the only one!
Your hair growth cycle is divided into three phases - growing phase, regression phase and resting phase. The growing phase, also known as the Anagen phase lasts for 5 to 7 years and determines the length of your hair.
The regression phase, also known as the Catagen phase lasts for a short transitional period of 10 days. In this phase, hair follicles shrink and detach.

In the end, your hair enters the resting phase, which is also called the Telogen phase, and this is when your hair starts falling. During this phase, hair follicles remain inactive for approximately 3 months, at the end of which the cycle is repeated.
As the growth cycle progresses, 50 to 100 strands of shedding everyday is normal. Anything above that can be a cause of worry.
While there is no way to reverse the cycle, there are definitely things you can do to slow the process or minimize the damage. And the one ingredient that has been reported to bring about drastic results is sulphur.

Your hair is composed of a durable protein called keratin, which has a high amount of sulphur in it. Sulphur provides keratin in the hair the support system required to maintain its overall structure, elasticity and strength.
Here is a DIY hair serum that will give your hair that much needed sulphur dose.
