How To Get Strong Hair: Natural Remedies
Regular hair care is a must if you wish to have strong hair. Let's have a quick look at what contributes to strong hair. There's a simple test to see if you have strong hair or not. Comb or brush your hair a few times and look at what has clung to the comb/brush. A count of more than 5-10 hairs at half the number of strokes indicates falling hair.
Scalp, the base of your hair and generally the most neglected part, comes in three types - dry, normal and oily. The normal ones may go either way without proper care. The appearance of dandruff on your scalp is a sign of improper hair and scalp care.

Diet and lifestyle determine the condition of the scalp. Keeping the scalp healthy is half the work done for strong hair. So in order to know what to do for strong hair, you need to know how to take care of your scalp.

General
tips
for
what
to
do
for
strong
hair:
1)
To
get
strong
hair,
wash
your
hair
using
natural
hair
care
products
as
much
as
possible.
If
you
can,
try
not
to
wash
your
hair
every
day.
Daily
baths
and
showers
will
strip
your
hair
of
its
natural
oils.
2) Go easy on styling products. Styling products can dry your scalp, if you use it directly at the scalp. Try reducing, but if you must, apply to hair strands and not the scalp. To get strong hair, reduce your hair-styling routine to twice a week.
3) Wet hair has a tendency to fall and tear at the ends. Using a hot drier worsens the problem. Blow dry your hair in mild heat. Air-drying is recommended if you want to get strong hair.
4) Food care includes protein intake through fish, chicken, eggs or soya. Supplement by vitamins through walnuts, almonds, and milk. Balance your diet with bananas, potatoes and spinach.
5)
Hair
trimming
at
least
every
six
weeks
to
eliminate
dry,
split
ends
–
a
must
for
getting
strong
hair.
