Rashmika Mandanna Skincare Secrets: It’s All About Consistency, Commitment And Constant Care!
Rashmika Mandanna, known for her roles in films such as Geetha Govindam, Pushpa, and Mission Majnu, devotes a considerable amount of time to maintaining her skin and hair.
Rashmika's social media platforms suggest that she is keen on skincare, particularly when it comes to tackling the issue from the roots rather than piling on several skincare products available in the market.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Rashmika Mandanna shared that she has a nutritious diet with lots of greens. "I double-cleanse every night before going to bed. I keep myself hydrated. And for my hair, I make sure I have a nutritious diet with lots of greens," she noted.
Check out Rashmika Mandanna Skincare Secrets.
Rashmika Mandanna Skincare Secrets
1. Eat clean
"Know what your body accepts (like I said in the previous point) which doesn't mean eat every other junk or oily foods & dairy foods.. study your body.. (see how your body reacts to what) and cut down on things which you know will make your skin oily," Rashmika mentioned in an Instagram post.
You can benefit from eating clean by gaining a sufficient amount of vitamins, minerals, high-quality protein, and healthy fats in your body, all of which improve heart and brain health, assist with weight management, increase your immune system, and boost your energy levels [1].
2. Take an allergy test
"I am allergic to most veggies like cucumbers & tomatoes & capsicums & even potatoes[(ahhh.. I miss em French fries) but who would've thought right] but two years ago my skin was bad.. but I remember I did everything right.. but why is my skin still not clean? So then I got an allergy test & I started ignoring all the foods my body doesn't accept & today I don't have that many issues with my skin.. yaaaay!," she wrote.

3. Sunscreen is king!
According to Rashmika Mandanna, you should never leave your house without applying sunscreen. UV rays from the sun can cause skin cancer and age your skin.
No matter where you live or what colour your skin is, you can protect yourself from sun damage by wearing sunscreen every day. Many safe and effective sunscreens are available for Indian skin [2].
4. Hydration is key
"Drink water..it helps in more ways than you realize.. at least 2 litres of just WATER," Rashmika says.
5. Vitamin C for rejuvenation
Aside from eating well and wearing sunscreen, Mandanna swears by the rejuvenating properties of vitamin C serum. However, she advises consulting a dermatologist before adding it to your skincare regimen [3].

6. Wash your face twice - and not more
"Don't wash your face some gazillion times in a day .. wash it twice. Also also.. don't use a harsh facewash which makes your skin dry," said Rashmika in an interview when asked about her skincare.
Using excessive amounts of cleansing products removes the skin's lipids and destroys the skin barrier, leading to breakouts, redness, irritation, neurodermatitis, and diminished resistance to UVA and UVB rays [4].
According to your skin type, the times you wash your face can change, however, the takeaway here is not to overdo it.
