Recipe For The Activated Charcoal Powder-based Toothpaste:
- First, you have to buy activated charcoal tablets from any local pharmacy.
- For one time use, just grind one tablet into a powder form.
- Mix the powdered activated charcoal powder with droplets of water to make a fine paste.
- Brush this paste on to your teeth gently (exactly how you would use your regular toothpaste) and then rinse off with cold water.
- In case you plan to use the activated charcoal for future, do not prepare the paste and save it. You can instead prepare the charcoal powder and keep it in an air-tight container.
- When you want to use the same, you can take the powder, mix it with some water and then follow the above-mentioned steps.

Important Points To Keep In Mind
- Make sure not to swallow the activated charcoal even as an experiment.
