Natural Deodorant Alternatives Minus The Toxins
Sweaty armpits and drenched shirts are not a condition we relish, but there is no escaping the sweltering heat of the summer, isn't it? In a quest to be sweet smelling and feeling fresh all day long, we stock up on overpriced deodorants and perfumes. However, hardly do we take into account the harm it can do to us.
Sweat is actually toxins released from your body. And the aluminium present in deodorants shuts the pores of your skin, leaving no outlet for the toxic elements to be flushed out of your system. Trapped, these chemicals keep circulating in your body, triggering all kinds of skin issues.

Not just that, aluminium competes with the calcium present in your body for absorption. It disrupts the body's natural bone repair and growth system, making your bones brittle. Inflammation, cognitive impairment and hormone disruption are some other noted side effects of using deodorants for a prolonged period of time.
Instead of spritzing your body with harmful chemicals everyday, there are natural alternatives to keep you smelling fresh minus the toxins. Listed below are some natural tips that just might do the trick!
