Aloe Vera Gel: Aloe vera is packed with vitamin E that can cure bedsores. Extract the juice of aloe vera and apply it on to the affected area. Leave it for a while and rinse thoroughly. It soothes the wound and heals it effectively.
Honey: The antiseptic property of honey works excellent in treating bedsores. Apply honey generously on the wounds. Leave it for sometime and rinse thoroughly. Honey promotes a faster healing process by hydrating the skin.

Coconut Oil: Coconut oil is another remedy that can be used to treat bedsores. Coconut oil moisturises the skin and kills the bacteria present on the skin. Massage your skin with some coconut oil, as it improves the blood circulation and wards off the appearance of bedsores.
Zinc-rich Foods: Consuming zinc-rich foods is also beneficial in treating bedsores. Zinc-rich foods boost the immune system, promote the tissue repair of the bedsores and also accelerate the healing process of the open sores. Foods rich in zinc include oysters, crabs, chicken, mushroom, nuts and seeds.
