Add a few tablespoons of olive oil into half a bowl of powdered sugar. Mix the lemon rinds, which make up the lemon zest and lemon juice into it. Add a few drops of lemon essential oil into this mix. Your DIY sugar scrub for ingrown hair is ready. Use this scrub before you shower. Rub it in slow circular motions all over your body. You'll see smooth, moisturised skin after you shower. It'll take more than just one usage of this sugar scrub to get rid of ingrown hair.

Sugar is one of the best ingredients for a scrub and as a home remedy for ingrown hair. Sugar gets rid of the dead skin, while the oil moisturises and keeps the skin soft.
