Remove makeup
Never leave your make-up on when you go to bed. It is very necessary to remove makeup before going to sleep. Use a makeup remover for it. It balances the pH of your skin and soothes it. Apply makeup remover on your face and neck with the help of a cotton ball.

Cleaning is a must
After removing makeup, clean your face with a good quality face cleanser. Use the best one which suits your skin. Gently massage your skin for two minutes and rinse it off with warm water. It helps remove dirt and bacteria from your skin and keeps it healthy.

Exfoliate twice a week
Exfoliation is a very important thing for your skin. Exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. Make sure you are not being too harsh with your skin. Be gentle and use the good quality exfoliator. You also can use homemade exfoliator like bran with milk.

Moisturize Skin properly
Moisturize your skin well before retiring to bed. You can use any organic moisturizer for it. A good quality moisturizer not only removes dead cells from your skin but rejuvenates and nourishes it properly.

Take gram flour in a bowl and mix it with rose water, lemon juice and a pinch of turmeric powder. You can also add yogurt to it. Make it into a thick paste and apply it on your face and neck. Let it sit on your face till it dries. Rinse it off with warm water.
