Natural Oils To Treat Dry Feet
A dry feet not only looks ugly but becomes rough gradually. No matter how much you try to moisturise your feet with creams and body lotions, it tends to dry up. This is a common skin problem that is faced in monsoons, autumn and winters as well.
Our feet lacks oil glands. This is the main reasons behind it becoming dry and rough. If you do not moisturise your feet, it will become more dry with passing time. Few simple skin care tips can help deal with dry feet naturally. For example, apply body oil after bathing and before going to bed. Also prefer closed heel footwear as it prevents the feet from drying up.

Natural Oils For Dry Feet:
Olive Oil: Olive oil is one of the best oils which has numerous skin benefits. Massage your feet with olive oil after taking bath and before going to bed. It moisturises the feet and also softens it. This prevents the skin from becoming dry and rough.
Lavender Oil: It is another natural oil which is used for many beauty purposes. Mix lavender oil with milk and massage your feet with it. Milk as well as lavender oil moisturises the feet and also makes it soft. Milk will also help remove dead skin cells and cleanse the skin.
Patchouli: This is a natural essential oil which can be applied to treat dry feet naturally. Apply patchouli oil on the feet before going to bed, and massage for five minutes. Wear a pair of socks and then go to bed. Patchouli oil treats cracked heels and also kills fungus that leads to foot and skin infections.
Almond Oil: You can mix almond oil with other essential oils like lavender oil and massage on the dry feet. If you want to scrub your feet, use soaked and grounded almonds with the oil and add milk. This scrub will exfoliate the skin and also remove dead skin cells from the feet.
Peppermint Oil: It is one of the most commonly used natural oils for foot care. It has anti-fungal properties which is good for the feet. Mix peppermint oil with almond oil and massage on the feet before going to bed.
