If you do leave your polish in the refrigerator, allow it to come down to room temperature before you start applying it.

Myth 7: Artificial nails are good if you have nail problems.
Fact 7: Artificial nails are not all bad. However, if you have nail problems like brittleness or fungal infections, avoid wearing them as they are bound to increase the problem. Even, if you have perfectly normal nails, avoid wearing artificial ones for too long as the chemical might cause an adverse reaction.

Myth 8: White patches on nails are caused due to vitamin deficiency.
Fact 8: This is one of the nail myth that most of us follow. These patches appear when we hit our nails with something or have undergone a rough manicure. Generally, these spots appear after 6 weeks so, we do not remember the actual cause. They only go away until the complete nail grows, which usually takes about 6 months.
