Eat Bigger and thicker chips if you want to stay slim, suggests the officials from the Food Standards Agency. They says that the chunkier versions of those potato or fish fryers absorb less fat and have lower calorie content.
Chips contain less calories and fat than pizza or chicken korma. If you go for pizza, you have a calorie intake of more than 870, at a time. The fat content of pizza is almost 11g. When we eat chicken korma, the calorie intake can be around 910 and the fat, 15.5g, says the nutritionists.
The food experts also advice the diet conscious women to have the food like fatter chips or bigger fish fries from good food outlets which provide healthy food.
