Beauty is often misunderstood as a beautiful face but the reality is that beauty also consists of a beautiful skin, lack of diseases and a healthy self. The over all beauty care is known as beauty treatment. These treatments are easily available in parlour but the cost restricts your visit to once or twice a month. For complete beauty one needs to follow regular beauty treatment at home.

At earlier times beauty treatment at home was the most popular practice and also without side effects. History repeats itself and so is the home beauty treatment recipes.

Here are some beauty treatment at home recipes -

1.After conditioning your hair, rinse it with a mug of water with a cap of vinegar. This makes the hair smooth and shiny. On a dry hair day, mash some avocado, mix one egg and one spoon of olive oil. Apply it on the hair and leave it to dry for one hour. Then wash it off with water.

For dandruff, every alternate day apply warm oil with one spoon of lemon juice and one spoon of methi powder. Keep it for 20 minutes and wash it off with a mild shampoo.

2.To cleanse your skin everyday apply a mask of curd, honey, rose water and flour. Let it dry on the face and then with little water massage the skin. Then wash it off with cold water. Apply this mask all throughout the body. This helps remove tan and cleanse the skin, thus lessening the chance of acne, pimples, rashes etc.

Another good cleanser is cold milk. Wipe your face several times with milk. This not only cleanses the skin but also lightens the skin tone.

Apply rose water everyday before going to bed. Wash it off next morning. This is a very good skin toner.

Apply mashed banana on the skin to get rid of wrinkles.

3.After whole day work, apply thick moisturiser to your hand, to keep them soft and supple. The best way to avoid hands getting rough is to massage it well with thick moisturiser, wear on a gloves and then soak your hand with warm water. This results in deep moisturising.

Scrub your hand everyday with lemon or tomatoes to get rid of all the patches and stains caused due to over exposure to pollution and sun rays.

4.To your bath water add some milk powder, almond oil and sea salt. Soak yourself into it after whole days work. This is a natural body scrub and moisturiser. This will leave your body relaxed, clean and soft.

Rose water and olive oil in bath water is also a good option. Both have great toning properties. Olive oil moisturises the skin and also treats it of all the infections.

5.Soak Your foot in warm water with salt and shampoo everyday after work. Soak it for 20 minutes and then use a mild scrub to take off all the dead skin. For rough feet in winters, soak it in water with honey. This will not only soften the feet but also help it get rid of all the tan.
