Natural methods For Baby Soft Lip

By Super Admin

Smooth, soft lips that glows radiantly without any make up is everybody's desire. However not many are blessed with it, as lips don't have their own oil glands. Without the natural lubricating benefit of body oils, lips become easily chapped, especially in winter and summer when chapping and cracking are often a problem. They are vulnerable to the sun and to the drying winds and heated rooms. Here are some natural home remedies to get the most luscious soft lips and follow them to know the difference.

Tips

  • For kissable soft lips exfoliate them with soft bristle toothbrush in circular motion. You can brush them using baking soda also. Do not press hard; just a light brushing after you brush your teeth.
  • Apply thick layer of honey or castor oil on your lips, as it will draw the natural moisture to your skin.
  • Before applying Vaseline at night rub pineapple juice on your lips.
  • Spent tea bag acts as a humectant, so place them one on your lips to draw out the moisture.
  • To minimize the wrinkle around your mouth exercise your lips, pucker up and smack your lips together. Even though you may look ridiculous for a moment it will do a fine job.
  • To exfoliate lips mix olive oil and sugar together in equal mixture. With a toothbrush exfoliate your lips with the mixture. After use apply Chap Stick to keep results. Do this about once or twice in a week, or whenever you feel your lips are beginning to dry. For better results use Chap Stick that has cocoa butter.
  • Apply tomato paste and milk cream for soft pink lips.
  • To preserve the red color of lips apply mixture of rose petals and milk cream.
  • Apply almond paste to add glow to the lips.
  • Use just the baby oil or olive oil as sloughing agents.
  • Prepare your own solution at home to moisturize your lips, by mixing 2-teaspoon coconut oil, lemon juice, 3 drops of lemon oil and 1-teaspoon bee wax. Warm it on low flame and after melting pour into a glass jar.
  • Avoid over exposure to sun and smoking. Lips are susceptible to sunburn as they lack melanin pigment that shield skin from the sun. Therefore use a lip balm containing sun block while going outside.
  • Avoid biting lips as it causes the lips to swell.
  • Stay hydrated by drinking eight to ten glasses of water daily.
  • Eat nutritious foods for healthy lips.
