It's not a choice between skincare and makeup for Bhumi Pednekar. The actor, who strongly believes in skincare to keep a radiant inner and outer glow, doesn't compromise either - they both go hand in hand for the Badhaai Do actress.

1. Committed relationship with skincare

According to Bhumi, she always suffers from acne, which made her realize how important it is to have a good skincare routine and to take good care of her skin. It became apparent to her that taking good care of her skin wasn't just about products, but about diet and sleep as well - a lesson we can all learn from her!

2. Derma cleaning and carbon spectra

Bhumi Pednekar swears by her pro-approved skincare tech and mentioned to Vogue that without fail, she visits her dermatologist every 15 days for a high-tech derma cleaning or carbon spectra.

Derma cleaning helps unclog pores and keeps her skin looking bright and healthy and carbon spectra help to remove impurities and dead skin cells, while also improving the skin's texture.

3. Clay mask and apple cider vinegar

Bhumi is obsessed with "Aztec clay mask," which she mixes with apple cider vinegar and uses twice a month to clear out pores and increase blood circulation. She loves how it makes her skin feel and has noticed a significant reduction in her acne since using it.

4. Skincare smoothie

A favourite of Bhumi Pednekar's Skincare Secrets is the coconut milk skincare smoothie she enjoys. She mixes coconut milk with unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla essence, and stevia and consumes it on a regular basis.

5. Less is more

"I am a firm believer of less is more, and I try to inculcate that belief in whatever I do. For skincare, my holy grail has to be CTM - cleansing, toning, and moisturising and I never miss out even with my busy shoot schedule," said Bhumi to Vogue.

As part of her skincare regimen, Bhumi takes a few things very seriously as well - she always removes her makeup before going to bed, applies vitamin E and argan oil to her skin, uses a homemade honey, turmeric and milk mask on her skin, and last but not least, moisturises her skin with almond oil.
